Ordering

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our products, select any required options (such as colours or personalisation), add the item to your basket, and proceed to checkout.

Can I customise my order?

Yes! Many of our products can be personalised with names, messages, colours, or other custom details. Please check the product description for available options.

Can I request a completely custom design?

Absolutely. If you have an idea for a unique item, please contact us and we'll be happy to discuss your requirements.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to make changes or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Production & Shipping

How long will my order take?

Most orders are made to order and are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days. Personalised or custom items may take slightly longer.

Do you ship throughout the UK?

Yes, we ship across the United Kingdom.

Do you offer international shipping?

International shipping may be available on selected products. Shipping options will be displayed during checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photographs of the damage. We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

What materials do you use?

Most of our products are manufactured using high-quality PLA filament, a durable and environmentally friendly material derived from renewable resources.

Are your products handmade?

Each item is designed, printed, assembled, and quality-checked by us. While we use advanced 3D printing technology, every order receives personal attention throughout the production process.

Why might my product look slightly different from the photos?

Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor variations in colour, texture, and layer appearance may occur. These variations are normal and make each piece unique.

Are your products suitable for children?

Many of our products are suitable for children; however, some items may contain small parts and are not suitable for young children. Please read individual product descriptions carefully.

Are your products weatherproof?

Most PLA products are designed for indoor use. If you require an item for outdoor use, please contact us before ordering.

Personalisation

How do I provide personalisation details?

You'll find a personalisation box on applicable product pages. Please double-check all spelling before submitting your order.

What happens if I make a mistake in my personalisation?

Can I see a proof before printing?

For some custom designs, we may provide a digital proof before production. This will be clearly stated during the ordering process.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on non-personalised items in their original condition. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Can personalised items be returned?

As personalised products are made specifically for you, they are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on our part.
